Define Peaks subroutine

DP — Define Peak subroutine

This subroutine provides control of features related to peak pick labels. This works in both 1D and 2D display.

A single click with the left mouse button picks the peak at the cursor position.

Subcommands active within DP subroutine:

A – pick all peaks and display peak labels

B – copy peak list to the clipboard

C – clear peak pick list

D – delete peak closest to cursor position (don’t click mouse button)

F – set font for peak labels

S – turn on display of peak labels (show labels) after exiting DP subroutine

N – turn off display of peak labels (no show labels) after exiting DP subroutine

Allowed command line arguments:

mh – set minimum height for peak picking; value is entered as a percentage of the tallest peak. This can also be set from the Processing Parameters dialog box (under View menu, at base level)

show on – turn on display of peak labels

show off – turn off display of peak labels

clear – clear peak pick list

Ctrl-P toggles on/off display of peak labels both inside the DP subroutine and at the base level

<ENTER> exits the subroutine
