Command line arguments for the Line Fit subroutine
See description of Line Fit subroutine.
Many of the parameters and other options can be set from the command line, while in the Base level, not within the LF subroutine. Each command begins with LF and is followed by one or more arguments. Below is a list of acceptable commands.
lf help - display a list of allowed command line arguments
lf n fractionL m - where n is the number of the chosen peak and m is a number between 0 and 1; allows setting of the default fraction Lorentzian for the chosen line
lf n fractionL iterate - turn on iteration of fraction Lorentzian for line n
lf n fractionL noiterate - turn off iteration of fraction Lorentzian for line n
lf hz n iterate - turn on iteration of frequency for line n
lf hz n noiterate - turn off iteration of frequency for line n
lf hz n m - set frequency for line n to m Hz
lf width n iterate - turn on iteration of width for line n
lf width n noiterate - turn off iteration of width for line n
lf width n m - set width for line n to m Hz
lf intensity n iterate - turn on iteration of intensity for line n
lf intensity n noiterate - turn off iteration of intensity for line n
lf intensity n m - set intensity for line n to m (absolute intensity value)
lf area n m - set relative area of line n to a value of m
lf Individual n - set offset for display of individual lines to a vertical offset value of n, expressed as fraction of screen height
lf sum n - set offset for display of sum of lines to a vertical offset value of n, expressed as fraction of screen height
lf diff n - set offset for display of difference spectrum to a vertical offset value of n, expressed as fraction of screen height
