Public database of NMR spectra

britLine.GIF (1250 bytes)

These are processed data in NUTS format, with embedded structures (in windows metafile format; not visible on the Mac), which have been contributed by NUTS users. See description of NUTS Searchable Archive.  Additional contributions are encouraged.

Users of NUTS-1D or above can search this database for matches to name, nucleus, molecular formula, etc. Execute the Database Search (DS) command in NUTS, and select the file _master.ndb. NUTS-Lite users who do not have this option can open the spectra, but cannot search.

The files are available as a compressed ZIP file. Some files have filenames longer than the DOS 8.3 limit. This will create problems for Win3.1 users, especially when trying to use the search features, because the filenames in the compiled database will no longer match the actual filenames. The full filenames may also be lost for Win95/NT users if the zip file is unzipped using a DOS version of PKUNZIP.

Anyone have some spectra to contribute?
